How the Program Works

ü “Adopt” a child for $30 a month – each child has only one sponsor

ü Receive information about your child plus a 5x7 photo.

ü Receive personal letters every other month from your child

ü Write to your child as often as you like

ü Opportunity to visit your child on an organized mission trip

ü Receive the Good Samaritan newsletter

ü Receive a tax receipt each quarter

How is Your $30 Spent?

ü $3.00 for administrative costs

ü $10.00 for one balanced meal a day 5 days a week

ü $17.00 for school-related needs

ü Uniforms (required in all schools) shoes, socks

ü School supplies

ü Minor medical treatment

ü Tuition if attending the Good Samaritan Christian School in San Marcos
